How it works?

  1. Download ChatPress.ai plugin:
    • Go to the Plugins area within your WordPress admin.
    • Click on Add New
    • Search for ChatPress.ai
    • Install and activate our plugin
  2. Validate plugin with your API key
  3. Create a chatbot. Give it a name, this name is visible on your Chatbot once published. You can change this later if you want.
  4. Select pages and posts that you want to train your chatbot on. You can add more pages or posts later.
  5. Once you start the training, it may take a few minutes for us to process your data.
  6. Once the training is finished, you can publish the chatbot.
  7. You can also customize it by adding your brand colors, your logo and quick prompts that will assist your website users in getting answers faster.
